How to use Ginger Essential Oil

Our specially distilled Ginger essential oil with supercritical CO2 method is highly potent and powerful. We recommend to use it less in recipes. Ginger Essential oil helps to relieve muscle spasms, back aches, sprains, and cramps.

• It can be blended with other oils like palmarosa, patchouli, tea tree essential oil for a soothing foot bath.
• It also helps to increase the appetite. After an exhausted day, put a few drops in palm, rub gently and inhale deeply few times.
• Add it to a diffuser or burner with water to freshen up the living space and elevate the mood.
• Add 2~3 drops to bath water to balance the overall harmony of the body.
• Dilute it with some carrier oil and massage into soles of feet to lower the temperature of the body.
