How to Use Grapefruit Essential Oil
- Â Put 1~2 drops on a handkerchief or tissue paper to create freshness in the body and mind.
- Add 3~4 drops into 30ml of preferred carrier oil and apply on face for healthy and white/fair skin.
- It is one of the widely used oils to make soap, deodorants, candles and perfumes.
- Put 2~3 drops of oil in warm water and mix well for long soothing soak.
- Add 2~3 drops of oil to diffuser or vaporizer for emotional upliftment.
