How to Use Himalaya Lavender Essential Oil
- Best for Sleep: Lavender oil is best known for its nervous irritations and relaxing properties. Place 2~3 drops on a handkerchief or fine facial tissue paper by your pillow at bedtime for a sound sleep.
- Skin Repair: Add few drops of lavender oil into coconut oil and apply on face for a healthy skin. It may also be applied neat.
- For Burns and Cuts: It is effective for burns, cuts and scars. Dilute 1~3% in preferred carrier oil. If the wound is open, use undiluted in minute quantities.
- Aromatic Bath: For aromatic bath, place 2~3 drops of oil in tepid water for long soothing soak.
- Relaxation: In absence of bath tub, place 1~2 drops of oil on floor of shower stand then take a shower with tepid or warm water for relaxing your mood and spirit.
