How to Use:

 

  • Dilute 3 drops of Himalaya Juniper berry oil with 2 drops of Lavender oil an massage yourself. It can help in controlling the excess secretion of sebum.
  • Juniper leaf essential oil helps in reduce inflammation, swelling, redness and soreness of the muscles by using a hot compress.
  • Mix 4 drops of Juniper leaf oil with 1~2 drop of Eucalyptus oil and 1~2 drop of Clove bud oil and inhale which will aid help in loosening the phlegm and mucous deposits, open up the blocked nasal passage.
  • Place a few drops on a cotton ball and allow it to evaporate in the air, or add a few drops to water in a spray bottle to reduce stale odors.
  • Add it to a diffuser or burner with water to enhance calm and relaxation.
  • It can be blended with other oils like Rosemary oil, Geranium oil and Lavender oil. This synergy of blended oils helps to increase local blood circulation, causing a sensation of warmth, comfort.
