How to Use Lemongrass Essential Oil
- Relieve Muscle Pain : Lemongrass oil helps to relieve muscle spasms, back aches, sprains, and cramps. Try rubbing diluted lemongrass oil on your body to relieve from muscle pain.
- Foot Bath: It can be blended with other oils like palmarosa, patchouli, tea tree essential oil for a soothing foot bath.
- In the Diffuser and Burner: Add it to a diffuser or burner with water to freshen up the living space and elevate the mood.
- Warm Bath & Harmony: Add 2~3 drops to bath water to balance the overall harmony of the body.
- Air Freshener: Place a few drops on a cotton ball and allow it to evaporate in the air, or add a few drops to water in a spray bottle to reduce stale odors. It will keep air fresh and fight against insects and bugs.
- Car Diffuser: Add 2~3 drops to tissue paper and put near the driver seat. It will keep the driver and co-passengers fresh and make less tired.
