How to Use Patchouli Essential Oil
- Hand and Foot Care : Add a few drops each of Patchouli and Lavender into preferred carrier oil. It will make a good treat for neglected hands and feet.
- For Insect Bites : For mosquito bites and stings of other insects, mix 3 drops of Patchouli oil with 7 drops of carrier oil like coconut oil and apply on the affected part.
- Room Freshener : To create a romantic atmosphere, blend patchouli with jasmine, sandalwood or with water and spray throughout your space.
- In the Diffuser and Burner : Drop 2~3 drops of Patchouli essential oil on a diffuser or burner. It will aid in discharging jealousy, feelings of insecurity, and obsessions.
- Perfume Fixative : For perfumery and fixative purposes add patchouli up to 5% or less of the total oil content. It will hold the aromas of other oils for a long time.
