Traditionally tamanu oil has been used to treat a variety of skin problems due to its anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Our tamanu oil has a rich, deep and pleasant aroma with a dark green color. It is also know by “Foraha”. This oil can enhance the beauty of your skin and combat problems like acne, inflammatory conditions like eczema, sunburn, scars, dry skin, and psoriasis. It has been used for years as an ingredient in many European countries.

How to Use Tamanu Carrier Oil

• Skin Care : Dilute 10~12 % of Tamanu oil in some base carrier oil like Argan, Jojoba to treat various skin problems like acne, eczema, sunburn, scars, dry skin, and psoriasis.
• Neat Application : It can also be used as neat on small area to combat above mentioned skin problems.

• Hair Care : This oil has thick consistency, so dilute 10~12 % of Tamanu oil in some base carrier oil like Argan, Jojoba carrier oil to apply on hair and scalp.

Skin Patch Test is strongly recommended before regular use.

Tamanu oil naturally subject to crystallize and frozen in cold temperatures. To use this oil, you may have to warm it in a bit of hot water.
